Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup active sourdough starter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, buttermilk, sourdough starter, milk, sugar, and egg. Mix until well blended.
2. Allow the batter to rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for enhanced flavor.
3. Just before cooking, stir in the baking soda and salt.
4. Preheat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat. Grease the cooking surface lightly.
