Sourdough Pizza Crust:

Ingredients:
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 cup active sourdough starter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, sourdough starter, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.

2. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

3. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise at room temperature until doubled in size. This can take 4-8 hours, depending on the temperature.

4. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.

5. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into your desired pizza shape and size.

6. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.

7. Add your favorite toppings, such as tomato sauce, cheese, and vegetables.

8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.

9. Allow the pizza to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
